About the CDC Programme
Join us and be part of an industry-renowned Management Consulting Graduate Programme, helping us transform the way businesses work, behave and deliver their strategic objectives.
You will join our Consulting Development Community (CDC) and over 24 months you will learn how to be a Management Consultant. You will have the option to apply to one of three 3 entry paths within our CDC; each have industry recognised qualifications which form part of the 2 year programme.
CDC Programme - Core Management Consulting – For graduates who want to gain experience across a broad range of sectors whilst building their management consulting career. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across a multitude of sectors including Consumer Products and Retail, Financial Services and Insurance, Government, Utilities and more

CDC Programme - Analytics Consulting Academy – For graduates who have a strong focus on analytics and want to use this to help clients transform their business. As with the Core CDC Programme you will have the opportunity to gain project experience working across a multitude of sectors.

CDC Programme - Financial Services Consulting Academy – For graduates who want to specialise in Financial Services and work with FS clients to redefine the industry. If you join the FS Academy you will be eligible to apply for an additional qualification - The Professional Banker Certificate.

Whichever programme you choose, throughout the CDC you will have the support and structure in place to help you achieve your goals. Click on the links below to find out more about the CDC programme.
Learning & Development
As part of your Learning and Development, you will have access to a comprehensive blend of courses and formal qualifications, with all new joiners completing a two week induction, as well as a 3-day residential Consulting Skills course, usually based out of our Capgemini University in Paris. You will also have the opportunity to work towards specific qualifications depending on your chosen programme.
CDC Programme – Core Management Consulting
Complete our Foundation Management Consulting Certificate (the FMCC). The successful completion of all modules covered in the compulsory learning over the two years of the Management Consulting Graduate Scheme will secure you three professional qualifications:
• The Prince 2 Foundation Level
• Financial Management for Business CIMA qualification
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt
CDC Programme - Analytics Consulting Academy
In our Analytics Consulting Academy, the qualifications you work towards will enable you to become a well rounded data and analytics consultant. Our training covers a wide range of disciplines including data science, visualisation, modelling and business case development, in addition to the business accreditations available through the core management consulting programme.

In addition to the accreditations offered by the Core CDC programme, the FS Academy will also offer you the opportunity to study towards:
Career paths available
As part of our Core CDC programme you will initially be aligned to one of our four practice areas, with the flexibility to move into a different practice during or after your time in the CDC.
Those joining the Financial Services Academy will be aligned to a practice team within either Business Model Transformation or Operational Excellence, whilst those joining our Analytics Consulting Academy will become part of our Customer Experience and Analytics team.

Life as a graduate management consultant – what to expect
From day one you'll be encouraged to be bold, inquisitive and entrepreneurial. You'll work in a team of supportive colleagues who will challenge your ideas – and will expect you to challenge theirs. Every opinion and idea counts here, and you’ll have the opportunity to build your reputation with senior clients.
Your career is in your hands and it’s up to you to steer it. Project lengths can be anything from a couple of weeks to the best part of a year. Similarly, the industry and the content of your projects can vary significantly. You’ll need to be flexible about working in a variety of locations. You could be working in London or in any other UK location, or even internationally, to suit our clients.
